The weather forecast is very good with perfect riding conditions predicted for Sunday 20 October.<\/p>\n<p>That being said the startline at 6AM will be fresh and the team at Bicycling Australia recommend you wear the following for the first hour or so of riding.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Long gloves (pack small gloves for later into the ride!)<\/li>\n<li>Jersey<\/li>\n<li>Arm warmers<\/li>\n<li>Gilet<\/li>\n<li>Short knicks<\/li>\n<li>Half shoe toe warmers\u2026makes all the difference to those toes!<\/li>\n<li>Must items \u2013 helmet, sunglasses, shoes, socks, sunscreen, 2x bidons, spare tubes, bike computer and your nutrition must haves\u2026everyone is different!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Bowral Classic is only days away!
