These bite-sized targets, like hitting a weekly distance, or nailing that hill you always avoid, keeps you motivated and focused &#8211; gotta love a dopamine hit!<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Layer Up <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Base layers, mid-layers, and a waterproof top. Once the initial temp shock is overwritten by the thrill of being out on the road, you&#8217;ll find yourself wondering how and why your mojo dwindled in the first place.
