Quest for Life<\/a> is proud to once again be the charity partner for the Bowral Classic \u2013 a ride that brings people together in the spirit of health, wellbeing, and community.<\/p>\n

When life throws curveballs\u2014whether it\u2019s grief, illness, trauma, or just plain overwhelm\u2014Quest for Life has been helping people bounce back for over 30 years. Founded in 1989 by Petrea King after her own tough times, the Quest for Life Foundation has supported more than 150,000 people to find resilience, peace of mind, and a fresh sense of purpose.<\/p>\n

Nestled on 9 serene acres in Bundanoon in the Southern Highlands, the Quest Centre is a little slice of calm where participants can take a breather, reset, and learn skills to navigate life\u2019s challenges.<\/p>\n

Programs with Heart<\/strong><\/p>\n

Quest offers residential programs, community workshops, and online courses\u2014meeting people wherever they are. Whether it\u2019s supporting communities recovering from natural disasters through initiatives like Your Life Matters workshops or providing evidence-based tools to manage anxiety, depression, or trauma, Quest always focuses on the whole person.<\/p>\n

The approach blends science, compassion, and practical life skills\u2014so people leave not only feeling better but equipped to keep moving forward long after the program ends.<\/p>\n
