Apart from the training, participants have their heart rate and power tested, are coached in correct bike riding and handling skills and taught about optimum use of body and mind.
More Than Spin
MegaSpin’s conditioning classes emphasize technique and fitness with a focus on correct pedalling technique, posture, gear selection, and heart rate-specific training. Each block of classes runs for 8 weeks with one class completed each week. The classes are run for an hour on Thursday evenings from 6.30 p.m.
