NOOSA CLASSIC POSTPONEMENT

It was with great sadness we announce the third edition of the Noosa Classic has been postponed from August 15, 2021 to October 10, 2021.

The decision to postpone was made due to the evolving COVID outbreak and lockdown restrictions affecting South East Queensland.

All registered riders will be automatically transferred to the new date and don’t need to take any further action.

Riders who registered before 6 August and are unable to make the new date can defer their registration to Noosa Classic 2022, or receive a refund minus a $25 admin fee and any merchandise ordered. These options will be available until Sunday, 12 September 2021. You may submit your request via the button below.

If you have further queries please refer to the FAQs below. If your question remains unanswered, contact us at [email protected].

The Noosa Classic Postponement Refund/Deferral form is now closed.

What is the new event date?

The Noosa Classic will now be held Sunday, 10 October 2021.

I am already registered, what do I need to do?

Your registration has automatically been transferred to the new date of 10 October, 2021. No further action is required. If you are unable to make the new event date, complete the Refund/Deferral Request Form by 11:59pm 12/09/2021.

I am an interstate rider and already requested a refund, what do I do now?

If you previously submitted a refund request due to border closures, this is now void as we understand you may now be able to attend the new event date of October 10. If you would still like to request a refund or defer your entry, you can do so via this form.

Please note our COVID cancellation policy still stands. If you are still unable to attend the event due to border closures on October 10, we will offer you a refund or deferral to Noosa Classic 2022.

How long will refunds take to be processed?

Refund requests will take 3-4 weeks to be processed.

What is the cut-off date to receive a refund or defer my entry?

Refund and deferral requests must be submitted by 11:59pm Sunday, 12 September 2021.

Requests received after this date will not be processed.

Please note our COVID cancellation policy still stands. If the event is cancelled or you are still unable to attend the event due to border closures on October 10, we will offer you a refund or deferral to Noosa Classic 2022.

When will the 2022 Noosa Classic be held?

Next year’s Noosa Classic will be held Sunday, 14 August 2022.

I am refunding or deferring my registration, when will I receive my ordered merchandise?

If you ordered a Noosa Classic jersey and were meant to collect it in the Event Village we will mail it out to you within a few weeks of you submitting your refund or deferral request. We will be in touch to confirm once these have been mailed. Please bear with us as we are operating under Sydney lock down restrictions and have limited time in the office.

Black Sheep x Classics merchandise

Black Sheep x Classics jersey orders will be mailed out by Black Sheep once the Queensland lockdown ends and they are able to return to their office. You will receive an email confirmation once your jersey has been mailed. If you have updated your mailing address since registering, please contact us ASAP at [email protected].

I am registered for both the Noosa Classic & the Bowral Classic

With the new Noosa Classic date of October 10 now being 1 week before the Bowral Classic on October 17, we understand this will not work for a lot of riders doing both events.

We are hopeful that the Bowral Classic will be able to proceed on October 17, however if the COVID outbreak continues to evolve in NSW it may be postponed. We recommend riders hold onto both registrations for the time being, as the option for a Noosa Classic deferral or refund is available until Sunday, 12 September 2021.
