Registrations for the inaugural Noosa Classic have been coming in thick and fast – the August 26 event clearly striking a chord and being warmly welcomed by the cycling public.
With earlybird pricing discounts coming to an end at midnight on Sunday (April 29), now’s the time to register for what’s sure to be one of the cycling trips and events of the year.
Generous registration discounts currently apply for the 45km Social Classic, 120km Challenge Classic, and 160km Maxi Classic rides. In addition to this Challenge & Maxi Classic riders will receive a complimentary event jersey valued at $115 just by entering early.

Over the weekend of August 25 & 26 riders will enjoy not only the brilliant cycling, but will lap up the luscious weather and luxury lifestyle the Noosa district is renowned for.
Passionate long time local and former pro cyclist Ben Johnson has designed the course to truly showcase Noosa’s ultimate cycling.
“The 160km loop incorporates all the circuits that our local group completes every week,” he said. “It’s a course of attrition. Riders will be pumping their legs continuously – it’s lumpy and arduous but an extremely rewarding course.”
Something For The Whole Family
Each of the three Noosa Classic courses very in terrain, with options for riders of all ages and abilities. From the 160km Maxi Classic that winds through the Noosa Hinterland and returns through the magnificent Mary Valley, to the easier and more family friendly Social Classic that takes in the sights closer to Noosa including breathtaking Boreen Point and Lake Cootharaba.
After completing the Noosa Classic all participants can relax and enjoy entertainment, see products and displays from our wonderful supporters, and tuck into gourmet food and refreshing beverages at the event village.
