Building Excellence in the Highlands | Celebrating Waratah Building

Join us in celebrating local Bowral Classic partner Waratah Building, who recently took home two major awards at the 2025 Master Builders Association of NSW Southern Regions Excellence in Building Awards.

Recognised for their outstanding craftsmanship and commitment to quality, Waratah Building were awarded:

🏆 Display Homes $400,000–$500,000
Their ‘Campbell St, Renwick Project’ showcased what can be achieved with clever design, top-tier workmanship and trusted local suppliers. Built as a display home, it’s a shining example of quality over scale.

🏆 House Additions, Alterations & Renovations Over $3 million
Their second award went to the beautifully executed ‘Sutton Forest Project’ a sprawling country estate with timeless features and spectacular views. The project involved the construction of a 2 storey link between the two main existing buildings on the property. In addition to this, two separate wings were added to the east and west of the main existing dwelling.

“Our success would not be possible without our amazing team, suppliers & clients. We are extremely proud of our business and see ourselves continuing to grow in the local area, providing employment to young locals and always supporting local suppliers, trades and community groups, while always maintaining a high level of quality, service and communication.”

Waratah’s wins are a great reflection of their skilled team, loyal clients, and strong local ties. We love working with Southern Highlands businesses who take pride in doing things well and supporting their community – on and off the bike. You can get in touch with Waratah Building here.
