Just when you think doing the thing you love most, with a whole community of like-minded people can’t get any better, it can – Fundraise at this year’s Bowral Classic for a cause close to your heart. Not only will you experience the beauty of cycling through the Southern Highlands, but you’ll have the incredible opportunity to make a difference.

We are giving the power back to riders, just choose a cause you are passionate about and rally your mates to donate! This personalised approach to fundraising  through Grassrootz means that your ride has a unique and profound impact.. something to remember when you’re cursing your way up the third KOM/QOM?!

Since the inaugural Bowral Classic event in 2016, the Classic events have raised over $500,000 for charities across Australia. This year we’re proud to partner with two local organisations – Harbison Care and Quest For Life.

Harbison

Harbison is a residential community for older people in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales. As a community-owned organisation, they have been providing aged care accommodation and services for over 60 years. Harbison exists entirely for the benefit of the local community, providing services and care for people as their needs change. Their care services include independent living, home care, respite care, residential care, specialised dementia care and palliative care.

Quest For Life

Quest for Life Foundation provides educational self-help programs and community-based outreach workshops that encourage, educate and empower people to improve their resilience and peace of mind during times of illness, depression, grief and trauma. Your support enables disadvantaged people to attend life-changing programs, making a profound and positive difference in their lives.

In 1998, generous benefactors made it possible for the Foundation to purchase the longest established guesthouse in Bundanoon and after undergoing major refurbishments the Quest for Life Centre opened in May 1999. As a registered DGR1 charity, Quest relies on donations, sponsorship and fundraising to make their services available as widely as possible. They are committed to making services available for everyone in need, no matter their financial circumstances. Oftentimes, people who can least afford our life-changing programs are the ones who need them the most.

So, join us at the 2024 Bowral Classic – let’s make this year’s event the most impactful one yet!
