It’s tempting to jump straight to the final week and picture yourself rolling into Church Street, but strong rides are built long before that moment. Colab’s 12-week plan is carefully structured into three manageable blocks, each designed to help you build fitness gradually and consistently.
One of the biggest mistakes riders make early in a training block is doing too much, too soon. This plan prioritises steady progress. Recovery is built in. Easier weeks are intentional. And effort is guided so you know when to push, and when to back off!
While the plan officially kicks off 12 weeks out, it’s also a valuable guide at any point in your preparation. Jump in early to build steadily, or pick it up closer to event day to sharpen your focus.
