It is hard to beat the atmosphere of the Mudgee Classic. The crisp country air, the buzz of the village, and the rolling hills make it one of the best weekends on the calendar. This year marks our fourth trip to the Central Tablelands, and the team at BOWY Active Cycling Apparel is more excited than ever. We aren’t just coming to set up a stall; we are coming to ride.
Our crew is tackling the whole weekend, though we all have different ideas of “fun.” Allan is taking on the big double-header, riding theDirty Mudgee gravel on Saturday and backing it up with the 175km Maxi Classic on Sunday. If you see him out there looking for a wheel to follow, say g’day! Sarah is taking the more sensible route on the Social Classic, enjoying the vineyard views and the community vibe without the suffering.
Since we ride these roads ourselves, we know exactly what the local weather can do.
