35km Social Classic: COURSE OVERVIEW

Want to sample some of the most stunning vineyards in Australia? Jump on your bike and take in the breathtaking scenery that is Mudgee, New South Wales! On this ride you’ll see many of Australia’s most famous wineries along with stunning rural vistas and beautiful grazing areas.

The Social Classic is just that, one to really enjoy. It’s an entry-level challenge that showcases the best of this stunning region.

This one’s a casual ride to be enjoyed with family and friends. Rather than trying to achieve a personal challenge or set a fastest time, this one’s perfect for riders keen to ride a beautiful rural area.

This course is truly special. It represents all-things Mudgee and will make you realise just how special the region is. After the ride you can enjoy local food and fare while taking in the Mudgee Classic Event Village – we look forward to seeing you there!

KEY INFORMATION

  • Date: Sunday, 4 May 2025
  • Arrival Time: 8.00am
  • Start Location: Church Street (outside St Marys Catholic Church), Mudgee
  • Finish / Event Village Location: Glen Willow Regional Sports Complex, Mudgee
  • Minimum Average Speed to Complete Course: 15km/hour
  • Minimum Age: Riders must be aged 12+. Riders aged between 12-16 will need to be accompanied by an adult.
